Terms of Service
Last updated: 21 February 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of the Inopay platform published by Inopay Group SARL.
1. Purpose
These Terms govern access to and use of the Inopay platform published by Inopay Group SARL, a company incorporated under Ivorian law and registered with the RCCM of Abidjan. Inopay is a technical platform connecting mobile money operators, banks and licensed Sociétés de Gestion et d'Intermédiation (SGI) operating on the BRVM, BVMAC and GSE.
2. Inopay's role
Inopay is not a credit institution, an asset management firm, or a market intermediary. Inopay never holds user funds. Inopay never executes stock-market orders: only licensed partner SGI execute orders. Payments flow directly to the SGI or broker via partner PSPs. Inopay acts as a technical intermediary facilitating the connection.
3. Registration and KYC
Access to services requires account creation and completion of a KYC procedure in accordance with applicable regulations (CREPMF, COSUMAF, SEC Ghana). Users undertake to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Inopay issues an Ed25519-signed KYC attestation, portable across partner SGIs.
4. Services
The platform allows users to consult market data, place orders via a partner SGI, track transaction status, access a sandbox environment and benefit from an educational AI assistant.
5. Artificial Intelligence
Inopay uses AI agents for financial education and orchestration. AI agents never provide personalised advice, never place orders on behalf of the user, never modify transactions. The user remains the sole decision-maker on their investments.
6. Investment risks
Any investment in securities carries risks, including the partial or total loss of capital invested. Past performance does not indicate future performance. The user acknowledges having been informed of these risks.
7. Data protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy (/legal/privacy) and applicable regulations.
8. Liability
Inopay shall not be held liable for financial losses resulting from user investment decisions, partner SGI failures, third-party service interruptions (PSPs, BRVM, BVMAC, GSE), or any force majeure event.
9. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by Ivorian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.
