This policy describes how Inopay collects, uses and protects your personal data.
1. Data controller
Inopay Group SARL, a company incorporated under Ivorian law, is the controller of personal data collected via the Inopay platform.
2. Data collected
Identification data: first name, last name, date of birth, email, phone, country of residence, ID document (KYC). Usage data: navigation, orders and transactions, AI assistant interactions, connection logs.
3. Purposes of processing
Account creation and management, KYC verification, transmission of orders to partner SGIs, service improvement through aggregated analysis, fraud prevention and platform security.
4. Artificial Intelligence and data
Inopay AI agents are used for financial education and orchestration. Interactions are recorded for service improvement. No investment decision is taken automatically by AI agents, which never access your banking or payment data.
5. Data sharing
Your data may be shared with partner SGIs and brokers (order transmission), PSPs (payment processing), and the competent authorities in case of legal obligation. Inopay never sells your personal data to third parties.
6. Data security
Appropriate technical and organisational measures: encryption of sensitive data, access control, regular security audits, secure hosting.
7. Retention period
Data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship, then for the applicable legal retention periods (notably 5 years for KYC data).
